Plastic Materials

PSA Polycraft

PSA Polycraft’s Plastic raw materials substances used in the production of plastic products through the injection Moulding process. These materials can include various polymers, additives, and fillers, each contributing to the specific properties and characteristics of the final plastic components.

Our Raw materials on plastic processing includes:

Low-Density Polyethylene:

Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) is a thermoplastic polymer known for its flexibility, transparency, and resistance to moisture. Widely used in packaging materials, containers, and flexible tubing, LDPE is known for its ease of processing and recyclability. It exhibits low tensile strength but offers excellent impact resistance and is suitable for various applications in industries like packaging and agriculture.

Nylon 6 and 6,6:

Nylon 6 and 6,6 are versatile engineering thermoplastics known for their high strength, durability, and excellent resistance to abrasion. Widely used in manufacturing gears, bearings, and various industrial components, they provide outstanding mechanical properties and are suitable for applications requiring toughness and impact resistance.

Glass fiber-reinforced Nylon 6 and 6,6:

Glass fiber-reinforced Nylon 6 and 6,6 are advanced engineering thermoplastics combining the strength and durability of nylon with added reinforcement from glass fibers. These materials offer enhanced mechanical properties, making them ideal for applications demanding increased strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to wear.

Styron / Acrylic / Pc:

Styron, Acrylic, and Polycarbonate (PC) are thermoplastic materials prized for their clarity, impact resistance, and versatility. Widely utilized in various industries, they contribute to the production of transparent components, displays, and durable plastic products.

PVC / Polyurethane:

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is a versatile thermoplastic widely used for its durability and chemical resistance. Polyurethane, on the other hand, offers excellent flexibility, abrasion resistance, and impact strength, making it suitable for various applications, including hoses, seals, and automotive components.
